About Us

My name is Leslie Cecil.  I am a Mom to three grown daughters, wife to a computer guru, and the resident handyman in my household. It gives me a sense of satisfaction to create something useful and beautiful from an outdated piece of furniture. I have always refinished my own furniture but in the last few years I have turned my hobby into a business, selling on Facebook Marketplace and in local boutiques. 

Each piece of furniture tells a story.  I do my best to keep the original character of the furniture intact while at the same time making it modern and unique. You won't find any cookie cutter designs with my furniture. While I love updating with paint, nothing beats the beauty of original wood grains. Real wood furniture is becoming a thing of the past so I do my best to preserve it. 

My furniture is always prepared properly for painting and the finishes are smooth and durable. I use paint that is designed for use on furniture as it is cures to a hard, scratch resistant shell. Every piece is sealed for durability and  all furniture comes with a pot of touch up paint.
